Mavros Theory of NEADS
Many years ago I had the good fortune to get some sales training materials from a guy called Tom Hopkins. Amongst many of the teachings he offered was an acronym called NEADS. Tom taught it as a selling tool on the basis that if you used this technique you would always be qualifying your prospect correctly and then you could offer the service or product that best suited their needs.
Over the years I have developed my own theory of NEADS and am now in the process of presenting it as part of my sales and business training courses.
The MAVROS theory is a qualifying tool based Tom's NEADS but with a couple of extra points that make it the best decision making process you will find, be it for qualifying a new prospect, changing the sales territory or customer base - through to buying and personal life decisons.
